Cephalic Vein Graft Aneurysm – A Rare Presentation

    A CT angiogram showed a true aneurysm of the distal cephalic vein bypass, with popliteal vein compression, causing thrombosis. The aneurysm itself was not thrombosed (See Fig. 1).
